Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or a related field. (Required)
Over 10+ years of experience implementing and managing large-scale Workday solutions across enterprise environments (Required)
Possesses deep expertise in end-to-end HR business processes, with a strong understanding of how technology enables and enhances each stage of the employee lifecycle.
Proven experience with systems architecture, design, and/or integrations across platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. (Required)
Implementation knowledge of AI in HR and Workday Extend is preferred
Strong background in API management, middleware, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.

SALARY RANGE: $30.00 - $46.00 per hour

GENERAL SUMMARY: Delphinus Engineering is currently seeking a qualified Level II Inspector to work at our Norfolk, VA location. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of documented NDT certifications and experience with VT, PT, MT, and UTT methods working shipboard to NAVSEA standards.
The inspector will understand and ensure Delphinus Engineering's production efforts are compliant with customer directives, requirements, specifications and the Quality Management System. The candidate will ensure Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspections are compliant with customer directives, requirements, specifications, and approved procedures. The inspector will be qualified to properly set up and calibrate equipment to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. This individual will be familiar with the scope and limitations of the NDT methods for which qualified/certified. Tasking will include the ability to organize and report the results of NDT inspections. The candidate will ensure the requirements set forth in the company processes are adhered to and enforced. Other duties include working outside of the NDT field in a Tiger Team work environment and assisting with welder qualifications.
