KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Previous experience with archival, object-based, and provenance research. Demonstrated skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines and goals. Ability to provide information, ideas, and instructions clearly, effectively, and professionally through talking or writing. Reading knowledge of Italian required. Staff Development and Supervision: Assist in the supervision and evaluation of instructional and support staff in accordance with the principal. Provide coaching and professional development. Support recruitment and onboarding of teachers and staff aligned with the Detroit Early Middle College mission. Perform basic maintenance, and schedule and coordinate professional maintenance and repair of projection equipment. Support live sound and stage production for music, including basic soundboard operation and backstage for films or related programming.
