Maintenance Technician IISummary:
This position will physically operate and maintain the buildings, equipment and grounds so that they provide the finest possible non-verbal presentation of the gospel. Maintain operating records as required by the site and facilities superintendent.

Possess a basic knowledge of hand tools and some power tools.
Responsible for maintaining and operating two to three specific equipment or areas as designated by the site and facilities superintendent.

Job Summary:

Ensures any grievance is documented and reported to either the Assisted Living Manager or facility RN.
Incorporates customer orientated approach into daily routine.
