Power struggles within management, employees pay the price. They think they know it all. Lot of supervisors don't care just collect a paycheck

Cheap cheap on overtime don't want to pay nothing
So cheap on overtime they don't even want to pay it the razor production rates so high so they don't have to pay overtime but the benefits are great on your insurance it worked these people every minute like robots and that's one bad thing about it they don't care about nothing quality only production numbers
