What You'll Do
Drive model implementation (from prototype to production), following rigorous coding, testing, and documentation best practice
Responsible for Driving and execution of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Americas data strategy in line with the Global Data Strategy/Framework

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information System (MIS), Information Management, or equivalent
Previous relevant experience conducting data science or Model Development in a business setting coupled with excellent programming skills, predominantly across the Python/Anaconda suite (Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy)
Experience in Financial Crimes space with expertise in AML Transaction Monitoring and Advisory, with a deep understanding of transaction monitoring data for various lines of businesses, AML red flags, and AML typologies.
Proficient in Financial Crime Compliance covering multiple product lines, such as Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Trade, and Asset Management.

What You'll Do
The Control Oversight role will be part of a senior member of the team, focusing on translating multiple sources of market conduct information (such as alerts raised, and control gaps identified) into tangible actions to ensure a strong controls culture is embedded into our Bank:

Skills & Qualifications

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Product Manager to own and drive the platform and operating model transformation for BNY's Corporate Actions offering.
You'll be a strategic thought leader, ready to build a best in class service offering for Asset Servicing clients through modern product design, supported by AI and data. The role demands deep subject matter expertise in Income and Corporate Action event lifecycle, paired with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable client and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle and ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of BNY clients while maintaining best-in-class operational risk controls.
The role will require the ability to build relationships with market vendors, represent BNY in industry events, and partner with the Operations Practice and Client Platforms across BNY, including meeting with platinum clients.
