What You'll Do
Drive model implementation (from prototype to production), following rigorous coding, testing, and documentation best practice
Responsible for Driving and execution of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Americas data strategy in line with the Global Data Strategy/Framework
Develop and evolve platform reporting statistics/data to monitor ongoing model success; perform 'deep dives' to interpret data quality issues, identify remediation and track to resolution
Represent the group in various data governance forums, and clearly communicate data related issues and potential resolution paths
Work with Business (1LOD) to understand the products being offered and define specifications/red flags for Transaction Monitoring models
Review and address open AML TM findings in a timely fashion, work in partnership with AFC stakeholders to develop and drive initiatives that transform and modernize the capabilities and services of Monitoring within the AFC function

Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information System (MIS), Information Management, or equivalent
Previous relevant experience conducting data science or Model Development in a business setting coupled with excellent programming skills, predominantly across the Python/Anaconda suite (Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy)
Experience in Financial Crimes space with expertise in AML Transaction Monitoring and Advisory, with a deep understanding of transaction monitoring data for various lines of businesses, AML red flags, and AML typologies.
Proficient in Financial Crime Compliance covering multiple product lines, such as Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Trade, and Asset Management.
Demonstrated experience in Relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), Big Data Hadoop, Hive Query Language (HQL), Data visualization tools.

What You'll Do
The Control Oversight role will be part of a senior member of the team, focusing on translating multiple sources of market conduct information (such as alerts raised, and control gaps identified) into tangible actions to ensure a strong controls culture is embedded into our Bank:
Review findings management (identified through self-identified issues, audit, regulators, investigations) for market conduct impact and drive through to completion
Conducting root cause analysis and read across of underlying issues to other businesses and divisions
Review and approve control design prior to implementation of remediation
Review the resolution of market conduct exceptions and alerts
Work closely with the wider Marlet Conduct Office team to identify areas of risk (such as through alerts raised, control gaps, control effectiveness ratings), which will be used to inform the Bank on how to address these emerging risks, including input into assurance testing by 1LoD, 2LoD and 3LoD

The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting will be a key member of the Controller's group and will help manage Moody's external reporting function. The position will focus heavily SEC reporting (Form 10-K/Form 10-Q) and will work closely with senior management in the Finance organization.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our SOX & Controls team. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Support the Group Manager in the execution of the SOX testing program by taking ownership of assigned reviews and delivering the following key activities:
* Coordinating closely with our Business Partners and external auditors.
* Conducting control narrative refreshes
* Coordinating and leading Process walkthroughs with our Business Partners
* Testing the design and operational effectiveness for key controls
* Produce high quality work papers to clearly document testing performed, results and conclusions.
* Effective team player - taking a leading role on special projects and ad-hoc activities.
* Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team and the S&C wider team.
* Identify opportunities to leverage information technology systems and automation in a practical and value-add way.
* Evaluate potential financial impact of control deficiencies and coordinate with control owners on remediation plans including following through to ensure corrective actions are achieved within agreed timescales.
* Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments of the organization.
* Serve as a trusted liaison for control owners, as well as for our internal and external auditors.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in SOX testing, Internal Audit, Public Accounting Audit or a combination of private and public accounting (preferred but not required).
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Contribute to projects and program tasks intended to improve compliance and enhance the control environment
With minimal guidance, contribute to assessments of the effectiveness of controls that help ensure ongoing compliance with key laws, regulations and policies affecting BNY businesses
Offer subject matter expertise in the field of transaction monitoring while continuing to gain experience preparing risk based reviews of existing and emerging regulatory requirements, concerning issues and control gaps
Contribute to the preparation of time sensitive reporting and appropriately escalate issues
Perform quality control reviews and/or conduct transaction based investigations
Work comfortably with large data and inputs while investigating for evidence of suspicious activity
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors' degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
6 - 9 years of total work experience preferred, experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring desired
Subject matter expertise in financial crimes investigations involving digital assets, correspondent banking, institutional custody, and/or private wealth
Financial Services, Audit, or Compliance background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations, and rules of relevant regulators preferred
