The Role:Establish and maintain high level knowledge of the company's mission, vision, and brand identity Prioritize and schedule tasks effectively driving brand awareness in your territory and preparing for Studio openings Identify all relevant events in your area and participate as a brand representative Strategize, coordinate and implement test drive events, pop-ups, product awareness initiatives, loyalty events, community engagement events, and driving experiences to bring the Lucid brand to life for prospective owners and the automotive community Assist in hiring, training and managing the best luxury experience team for studio's Collaborate cross-functionally within Lucid to achieve goals (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Retail, HR) Collaborate with the Enablement team to train all customer-facing event personnel and manage these teams throughout events Handle ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Country Manager Germany and central HQ leadership

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or similar technical engineering2+ years of power semiconductor industry experience Understanding and implementation of multiple marketing tools and approaches Very strong knowledge of both the sales and go to market of power semiconductors within the Energy & industrial market space.Proven track record in supporting customers, direct sales and distribution sales partners Experience with new market development Good understanding of semiconductor device technology and applications Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams Outstanding verbal, written & presentation communications skills, as you will be a silicon carbide ambassador.Willingness to travel regularly, including internationally as necessary Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problems
