Required Qualifications
3+ years of BI report development experience using SAP Business Objects 4.2+, including Universe Design (IDT/UDT).
1+ year of SQL development and support experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including the ability to troubleshoot joins, perform performance tuning, and validate end-to-end data flows.
Experience cleaning and integrating data from multiple disparate sources while ensuring consistency and semantic governance.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Snowflake strongly preferred.
Experience with Tableau or other BI platforms is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.

This is related to varied business metrics and for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting reporting solutions, while enhancing existing reports to ensure that solutions continue to meet business needs.
Selected candidate must understand the underlying data sources (databases) and interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards. This includes but is not limited to report queries, report layouts, necessary supporting data structures and Extract Transformation Load required to populate the data structure.
