This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. Background OSC has commenced a Data Analytics Initiative to support the Agency's audit planning and analysis activities; increase fraud, waste and abuse recoveries using new protocols established under the Enterprise Fraud Prevention Act (Chapter 566); expand Open Book New York web portal and related transparency efforts; and increase operational efficiencies through the use of performance analysis. The initial step in this project is the development of an Analytics Data Warehouse based on a formally architected framework to build an environment for OSC examiners, auditors and analytics staff to fully realize the benefits of business intelligence and data analytics tools. The ETL developer (the “Consultant”) will assist OSC with these efforts.
