WHAT YOU WILL DO
Flexware is looking for a Project Operations Coordinator to join our growing Central Team.
This position will:
Input and complete the setup of quoted opportunities in PSA tool
Process Purchase Orders in PSA tool and communicate to the Business Development and Project Manager
Escalate issues/trends that are observed in the setting up of engagement (i.e. missing estimate worksheets, unclear proposals, etc)
Work with current PSA Administrators to design and implement new features within PSA tool to improve processes and test out new features and functionalities as necessary
Assist with customer invoicing, customer portal management, and other customer requests
Work cross-functionally with the Business Development and Delivery Teams
Assist in other areas related to project delivery, POs, invoicing, etc and assisting delivery teams as needed
Perform other tasks and duties as necessary as Flexware is looking for individuals that are problem solvers.

The Control System Certification Engineer is part of the Software Systems Capability function.
The Control System Certification Engineer shall liaise with control system development engineers and airworthiness authorities to create certification work products that satisfy the certification basis of the program. This will include creation of requirements, design, verification and traceability evidence for lifecycle data created during development of the control and monitoring system.
Key Accountabilities

MELE is seeking a site lead to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP)/Mobile Detection Deployment Unit (MDDU) program. MDDUs are assets designed to supplement Federal and State partners' and first responders' existing CBRN detection and reporting capabilities in support of national and other special security events. The program is growing into the full spectrum of CBRN detection, however the emphasis of this support is focused on radiological/nuclear detection operations and instrumentation. The nature of the MDDU force will be voluntary and managed on a rotational basis for scheduled events and short notice requested to deploy. The site lead for the program reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for providing operational and program support. This position will be the lead personnel for their specific location and responsible for successful completion of all tasks as designated by the Program Manager. This position will be an asset designed to supplement Federal and State partners' and first responders' existing CBRN detection and reporting capabilities in support of national and other special security events. Deployment without advance notification may be required. This position must have experience with radiological/nuclear detection instrumentation. This position is contract award dependent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include but are not limited to the following.
Initiate, organize and report on all program planning and management taskings.
Ability to deploy equipment when needed. This requires transporting detection equipment via towable trailer to various locations as designated by the client.
Coordinate, initiate and track the progress of deployments of the assigned equipment.
Ensuring detection equipment is repaired, calibrated, and maintained in a ready state for deployment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Provide coverage during standard and non-standard hours of business to include weekends and Holidays when necessary.
Provide just-in-time training on deployed equipment, as needed, to stakeholders at events.
Ensure completion of After-Action Reports AAR at the conclusion of deployments.
Assist with scheduling of off-site part-time staff to support surge deployments.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experienced in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear CBRN detection with emphasis on R/N detection.
10 years relevant experience in R/N detection training and supporting preventive R/N detection mission operations at special events or during steady state operations where R/N detection is regularly employed. Event support can also include but not limited to demonstrations, training, and exercises at Department of Homeland Security Special Event Assessment Rated SEAR Events or National Security Special Events NSSE.
Knowledgeable in using the following the equipment: Personal Radiation Detectors PRD Spectroscopic/Non-Spectroscopic; Human Portable Radiation Detection Backpacks; Radiological Isotope Identification Device RIID High-Res/Low-Res; Mobile Radiation Detection Systems. Job Description
As part of an R&D project team, the Senior Systems and V/V engineer provides technical contributions to the system design and Verification/Validation of a complex medical device from concept through commercialization and/or through the full life cycle of the product. A senior engineer focuses on defining the customer needs; creating or modifying product system requirements and architecture necessary to meet those needs; evaluates constraints and makes trade off decisions; contributes to the development or modifications to module level design requirements; contributes to the product safety and security risk management activities including DFMEA's; contributes to the identification of technical risks and mitigations, develops the verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts, execution, regression, and reports.
The senior engineer works in close collaboration with the Lead engineer, project manager, and other functional team members to ensure the project/product success. The senior engineer provides guidance to other engineers in design reviews and helps resolve issues.
What you'll be doing
Primary focus of role will be in Systems and V&V Engineering for Sustaining legacy product portfolio and/or new product development responsible for all systems and/or V&V engineering deliverables
Generate alternatives and take reasonable risks while solving technical problems
Complete detailed, high quality technical documentation to capture and communicate designs
Seek knowledge of the business, market, industry and competitive environment
Use existing tools and best practices to report and track product and process metrics
Inform others proactively about developments or issues that affect their work, and their ability to meet commitments

What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering
3+ years of experience
Ability to generate alternative solutions to problems or processes
Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
Ability to adapt to change
Good judgment in selection methods and techniques to acquire results
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Standards including design control and risk management is preferred
Proficient in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, and Minitab
Knowledge of different subject areas making up systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, materials, and/or wireless connectivity
Strong technical writing and communication skills
