This is a 3rd Shift role (SUN-TH, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM), in the Electronic Assembly department with a starting rate of $18 per hour with a 10% shift premium. You will be on on-site at our Twinsburg, OH production facility reporting to one of our 3rd Shift Production Supervisors.
JOB SUMMARY:
Sets up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our product. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
RESPONSIBLITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
May perform the following:
Work with Surface Mount Technologies and other machining processes
Set up and operate multiple machines and work stations at once - Works with components and full PC board layouts for final product creation
Create and apply labels onto PCBs (manually and/or automated)
Burns firmware programs into electronic components using programming machines
Prepare reels and feeders for use on surface mount technology (SMT) machines; count materials and moves to production line
Set up and operate optical inspection machine and perform visual classification and repair of rejected boards
Follow established procedures on routine work and standard operating procedures
Frequently interact with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information
Operate plated through-hole (PTH) machine to install axial, radial and DIP electronic components onto PCBs
Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
Perform other responsibilities as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED OR 1 year of related work experience

Take hourly temperatures of designated tanks with thermometer. Watch bath levels and adjust to correct fill.
Keep machine catwalks clear of any parts and check tanks for floating parts and handle accordingly.
Watch for lost parts and work with Line Lead and Supervisors to correct.
Clear machine jam-ups in the safest way possible.
Preventative maintenance on machines
Promote an atmosphere of teamwork at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
