A. Duie Pyle's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated training program designed to prepare and develop future leaders. Your career will begin at the closest Pyle terminal to your home. Here, you will learn about freight handling and our LTL, less-than-truckload, business. You will learn how our operation works both during the day and at night. Additionally, you'll spend time in our corporate office engaging with and learning from our senior leadership.
Nearing the completion of the program, you'll receive your placement within our Pyle network and following successful completion you'll put your new acquired skills to work.

Shadowing Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training

Position Summary
The Workforce Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization has the adequate skills and capabilities to meet the short-term and long-term goals of the site.
