This role is critical to developing frontline talent, strengthening technical knowledge, and supporting long-term workforce sustainability. Training Planning & Execution Support all logistics of training events: prepare rooms, schedule sessions, organize materials, and manage supplies. Conduct needs assessments with frontline leaders to understand training gaps and on-the-job learning opportunities. Assist in content adaptation, training facilitation, and development of operational learning tools. Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and data organization for learning activities. Knowledge Management & Workforce Sustainability Help structure effective knowledge-transfer practices, especially for senior employees nearing retirement. Support documentation of critical activities, SOPs, and tribal knowledge to ensure continuity across generations. Strengthen learning culture and technical development within union and non-union frontline teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, Operations, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Leadership to ensure learning programs reflect plant needs. Build strong relationships with operators, technicians, supervisors, and facilitators across all shifts. Influence and support stakeholders without formal authority, this role depends on strong relational skills. Qualifications What We Expect from You: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required, preferred fields include Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Engineering, or related areas. Experience working in a manufacturing environment required. Experience with unionized environments is a strong plus. Background in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development preferred. Prior experience contributing to training programs for frontline roles is highly valued.
