Reporting to the Email Marketing Program Manager, the Email Marketing Developer is responsible for coding and building mobile-friendly email campaigns using HTML/CSS. This role is primarily focused on email marketing, translating creative documentation into production-ready email assets, with occasional support for SMS message creation. The Email Marketing Developer works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet technical requirements and business goals. This role is a 12-month contract position. Caterpillar's Supply Chain track is focused on building technical capabilities for managing Supply Chain functions. This opportunity advances your development and training to build future leaders within supply chain. Upon successful completion of the three-year program, Supply Chain professionals will be placed in a role with the expectation of being in that role a minimum of two years. **What You Will Do** Professionals within the program will complete three 12-month rotations, which are defined based on business needs. You must be willing to travel and relocate to any participating facility in North America upon hire and throughout each rotation while in the program.
