DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), to assist and support the execution of J-PAL's donor engagement and stewardship strategies as part of a creative, energetic team that works closely with staff across J-PAL's program areas. Will assist in delivering an organizational fundraising strategy to establish sustainable funding streams to expand J-PAL's efforts to translate research into action worldwide. Will work in conjunction with the executive director of J-PAL and director of policy and communications on conducting individual donor, foundation, and corporate fundraising research to identify prospects; coordinate with J-PAL staff, prospective donors, and MIT offices on prospect research and solicitation; assist with writing, editing, and project management of proposal development and submission; manage contact records and track meetings, calls, and solicitation status through Salesforce and other platforms; manage/update the donor pipeline tracker, liaise with staff on status of solicitations, and create reports to review and manage progress; create and maintain systems for systematic tracking of donor stewardship and other fundraising process documents; create documentation; train and support staff on processes for soliciting funds and recording fundraising activities; assist with the preparation of funder reports; prepare briefs, materials, presentations, and agendas; compose, edit, and prepare correspondence; and copyedit documents.

Adult & Child Health Youth Development Program is seeking dynamic, positive, and youth-minded individual to fill the role of a Youth Development Specialist. Selected candidates will implement multiple evidenced base curricula to youth and parents throughout Central Indiana. The Youth Development Coordinator will engage, facilitate, and link youth and families through group and individual programming. The coordinator role will maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the grant project operates efficiently and effectively to best serve the youth and families. The Coordinator is responsible for supervising the program daily throughout the year and working with the YDP team leader to ensure that the grant is meeting organizational goals, performing contractual obligations, and supporting A&C mission. An ideal candidate would have experience/knowledge in mental health, substance abuse, LGBTQ+, sexual and reproductive healthcare, and adolescent health care rights.
