**Day to Day**
As an Agency Development Partner (ADP) supporting the Public Sector & Education (PSE) team at Indeed, you will play a critical role in establishing new relationships across a strategic focus area. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth across the breadth of existing partners, initiating new partnerships, and generating referrals across their client-bases . **Responsibilities**
+ Deliver against assigned quarterly revenue goals, while prospecting and developing partnerships.
+ Synchronize agency development plans with the internal cross-functional teams (PSE Sales, GTM Strategy, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to accelerate PSE revenue growth.
+ Deliver compelling, data-driven messages to align GTM motions across partners to create shared success.
+ Periodically share field learnings with internal cross-functional teams to keep efforts aligned with the market.
+ Facilitate introductions and support managing relationships between the Indeed salespeople and Agency partners.
+ Understand the purchasing behavior and requirements of Indeed by public sector entities and support tactical deal progression, as needed.
+ Develop and conduct educational roadshows / bootcamp-style training to inform about best practices.
**Skills/Competencies**
+ 5+ years of experience selling to the public sector, ideally in a partnerships and/or outside sales role.
+ 2+ years of experience prospecting without the support of a BDR.
+ 3+ years of reseller or channel partnership experience
+ Established relationships with public sector buyers and sellers.
+ Solid working knowledge of compensation plans and comfortable with Google Sheets.
+ Experience in complex deal management and reporting, coupled with excellent communication and presentation aptitude.
+ Self-motivated, proactive in nature and comfortable with ambiguity.

ROLE of the POSITION
The Director of Development for Graduate College is a fundraising professional reporting directly to the Vice Provost for Graduate Education & Dean of the Graduate College and to UNLV's Philanthropy of Alumni Engagement Associate Vice President (AVP). The Director will be responsible for meeting individual and unit fundraising goals.
The Director of Development will advance the mission of the Graduate College by conceptualizing and implementing strategies to increase financial support from alumni and donors. This role emphasizes the qualification and cultivation of prospective and existing donors that may lead to successful solicitations of major gifts in support of the Graduate College priorities.
The Director of Development will ultimately be responsible for building and maintaining a donor portfolio of 100-125 prospects with a philanthropic capacity to give $25,000 or more to UNLV. The Director will initiate and conduct 12-15 visits per month for the purpose of determining philanthropic interests, capacity, and readiness. A large portion of the role is to identify and qualify prospects, in addition to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 3 to 5 years of development experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
