Job Duties And Responsibilities
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Develops training and development programs and objectives. Create learning curriculums for the various roles in the organization.
Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.

Working as a member of the Development department, you will join an outstanding group of professionals dedicated to our mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy.
The Development Manager provides essential administrative, operational, and logistical support to the market development team, ensuring the smooth execution of fundraising special events.
