POSITION PURPOSE: Casa Cipriani New York is seeking a highly organized and hospitality-driven Learning & Development Manager to oversee all training and development initiatives across the property. This role is responsible for ensuring employees across the hotel, private members' club, restaurants, lounges, and event operations are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to deliver a consistent, refined luxury guest experience. The Learning & Development Manager partners closely with Human Resources, senior leadership, and department heads to support operational excellence, service consistency, and brand standards aligned with Casa Cipriani's Four Pillars: Culture, Authenticity, Simplicity, and Elegance.
