**Day to Day**
As an Agency Development Partner (ADP) supporting the Public Sector & Education (PSE) team at Indeed, you will play a critical role in establishing new relationships across a strategic focus area. **Skills/Competencies**
+ 5+ years of experience selling to the public sector, ideally in a partnerships and/or outside sales role.
+ 2+ years of experience prospecting without the support of a BDR.
+ 3+ years of reseller or channel partnership experience
+ Established relationships with public sector buyers and sellers.
+ Solid working knowledge of compensation plans and comfortable with Google Sheets.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder will be required to provide day to day management of the recently implemented in house Technical Training Needs Analysis program (Tech TNA).
The post holder will have overarching responsibilities for review and update in line with BSI ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and legislation, monitoring/audit of local procedures/processes relating to the Tech TNA handbook (CESOP-41) and related practice.
The post holder will lead with the provision for assessment and classification of the technical training requirements of new device models.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Clinical Engineering Technical Training database ensuring all stored data is current and secure.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting and managing all staff through all training and education programs. The post holder will be responsible for further development of and up take of these programs.
The post holder will together with the individuals Section Head, manage the development of all Clinical Engineering staff, utilising in house training, device specific manufacturer training, local college/university courses and related workplace and/or device specific competency assessments where technically qualified.
The post holder will be required to support annual technical competency assessments for the Clinical Engineering Department defined in the departments Technical Training Handbook (Clinical Engineering Standard Operation Procedure 41). The post holder will need to be able to display significant technical knowledge and knowledge of working procedures over a wide range of medical devices when implementing these assessments.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Development Director is responsible for all activities related to the planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation of fundraising and associated communications and outreach goals and objectives. The Director is a member of the leadership team working to enhance and support CATF's vision, mission and programs. Overall responsibilities include the creation and implementation of an annual fundraising plan and long range strategic planning as it relates to the development function.
The position requires an advanced level of development experience, management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, a confidence to directly solicit large gifts and interface regularly with a range of volunteers, prospects and donors, and an ability to creatively and strategically implement a vision for long term growth and stabilization of the CATF's funding base.
History:
Founded by Ed Herendeen in 1991 with the mission to produce and develop new American theater, CATF has grown to a $2.5M organization at the center of new play development and production in the nation. Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Managing Director to set and achieve CATF's annual and long-term fundraising strategy, goals, and benchmarks
Stewarding a portfolio of CATF's existing major donors, re-engaging lapsed individuals, and building a sustainable prospect pipeline
Working closely with the Artistic Director, Managing Director, Board of Directors, and other staff to coordinate management of key funder relationships
Developing effective moves management, donor identification and qualification, tracking, and other systems that can support the team in achieving revenue goals
Exploring impactful opportunities for donor engagement, partnerships, and fundraising campaigns
Working with the communications team to create a suite of compelling case materials aligned with CATF's mission and strategic objectives
Budgeting and working with the operations team in accordance with nonprofit financial management best practices
Managing a part-time Grant Writer and co-managing a Development & Communications Assistant responsible for database maintenance and management as well as digital communications.
Qualifications and Core Competencies
At least seven years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a particular emphasis on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major gifts.
BA (required), MA or equivalent certifications helpful
Comfortable both making frontline asks, and coaching staff and board members to set them up for success with donors
A combination of high-level strategic thinking and ability to manage tasks on a day-to-day basis
Strong financial and data analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and report-building
Knowledge of the CATF's funding space is a plus, specifically nonprofit theater and new play development
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with Spektrix, Donor Search, project management tools such as Asana, and other digital tools and platforms (e.g. Zoom and Google Drive) a plus
Salary and Benefits
Salary range $90k-$110k, commensurate with experience. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Talent Development Partner (RTDP) plays a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that align with Goodwill's operational goals and career development initiatives. This hands-on role is responsible for coaching and guiding store leadership and team members, ensuring training is effectively applied in real-world
retail environments. By working closely with the Director of Retail Talent Development and People Services, the RTDP ensures that all training initiatives support operational efficiency, employee development, and continuous process improvement. This role also provides direct support to store operations when necessary, ensuring business continuity and leadership coverage.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs that address operational and leadership needs, in collaboration with the Director of Retail Talent Development and People Services.
Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
Actively engage in Academy Store to facilitate hands-on training, ensuring employees gain practical experience.
In collaboration with the Director of Retail Talent Development, partner with Regional Directors and site leadership teams to identify operational challenges and implement targeted training solutions.
Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all organization policies and procedures
Travel: This position requires occasional travel, and the individual must be willing to travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have retail leadership experience (5+ years with an Associate's Degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's Degree), along with hands-on training and development experience, employee coaching, and a strong understanding of retail operations such as staffing, customer service, and merchandising. They should also have experience collaborating with store leadership and regional directors to drive performance.
Preferred Experience:
Preferred experience includes multi-unit training, process improvement (Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma), LMS utilization, instructional design, and workforce development initiatives such as succession planning and career pathing.
