**About the Role**
The Test DevelopmentSpecialist is responsible for the full cycle of development for Licensure Examinations which adhere to the requirements detailed in each client's contract and industry practices. This position is client facing and includes content development and psychometric analysis responsibilities.
This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel (up to 25%) required for meetings, events and workshops.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Performs assignments related to the construction, maintenance and validation of licensure and certification tests.
- Designs and conducts job analysis studies, including surveys and focus groups.
- Develops and updates test content specifications.
- Develops and reviews test items for written and/or performance exams.
- Facilitates item and exam development committee meetings and training sessions being conducted on-site or virtually.
- Conducts statistical analyses of items, constructs examinations, and evaluates exams post-launch.
- Facilitates standard setting workshops and studies.

Program Coordination

Hotline:
Primary responsibility is organizing and managing the SSVF Toll Free referral line that includes initial eligibility screening, entering participants into the InteCare SSVF Portal (Spreadsheet) and referring them to the SSVF Intake Coordinator for enrollment.
Document all calls to the hotline including calls that are deemed ineligible for SSVF into the portal for data purposes.
Provide access to resources for all Veterans who are deemed ineligible for the SSVF program
Responsible for accessing HMIS system to determine eligibility for InteCares SSVF program
Responsible for centralized referral contact center and the coordination, monitoring and tracking of all referrals via the InteCare SSVF Portal (Spreadsheet).
Responsible for initial orientation to the SSVF program by ensuring the Veteran is aware of their rights and responsibilities, the program agreement, an overview of the program.
Responsible for collecting documentation from Veterans entering the SSVF program, this includes but is not limited to all intake sections, Veteran documentation, Veteran income documentation, Veteran housing documentation, etc.

The CTS III is responsible for providing world-class training and clinical support to physicians and staff to effectively drive LAL adoption. This role supports clinical efforts at customer sites through hands-on procedure support, staff training, clinical evaluations, LDD treatments, post-operative follow-ups, patient counselor education, and continuous outcomes optimization.
The CTS III plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of LAL-specific clinical methods and fostering full operational integration of the LDD within each practice. CTS IIIs are responsible for clinical efficiency, executing adoption strategies, and ensuring assigned accounts meet key clinical benchmarks. The role includes identifying clinical or operational barriers to adoption, supporting same-store growth, and ensuring sustained practice success through Clinical vigilance.
Performance will be measured in part by progress in LAL usage growth, execution of clinical best practices as measured by patient outcomes. The CTS III works in close coordination with Sales, Customer Development Managers, and other internal teams to align on account strategies and ensure seamless clinical execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train Physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices and pearls.

The Lead Program Specialist will direct and supervise staff to coordinate the activities of program specialists that are consistent with Girl Scout standards.
How You Will Lead:
In conjunction with the camp director, plan and schedule activities that reflect the Girl Scout program.
Serve as consultants for Program Leaders and Unit Leaders for program ideas within the units.
Acts as an ambassador for camp visitors and parents.
Along with the camp director and assistant camp director, help handle camper emergencies.
Create after-care programming for after-care campers.
These are not the only duties to be performed. Some duties may be reassigned, and other duties may be assigned as required.
In the event that a Program Specialist is unable to complete their duties, the Lead Program Specialist will be asked to:
Deliver Girl Scout program to units and girls.
Conduct program planning and delivery.
Help to create new and exciting programs.
Teach appreciation of the out-of-doors.
Guide activities and experiences through use of girl-leader planning, and the Girl Scout program.
Coordinates program activities for specific areas.
Work with Campers, Aides, Volunteer Directors, Volunteer Staff, and other Staff.
Assume responsibility for physical health and safety and the mental welfare of the campers.
Be responsible for unit cleaning/activity at the end of each session and at the end of camp.
Act as ambassador for the unit and activity area.
Assist Kitchen Staff when not facilitating program activity/planning.
Keep records and make reports as required.
Makes every effort to have a strong, cohesive program to provide the best program and atmosphere for the campers.
Follow camp rules and regulations.
Helps with when needed at other camp activities, helps in the kitchen with cleaning up and serving when needed.
Cleans and stores equipment at the end of summer.

What We Are Looking For:
At least 18 years old.
First Aid/AED certified.
Lifeguard certified.
Student Air Rifle program certified.
Archery certified.
At least one season of experience in administration or supervisory.
Capacity (preferably in organized youth activities).
Ability to select, train, and supervise staff.
Ability to adapt to changes.
Ability to direct others in crisis situations.
Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to develop a positive relationship with the public.
Must hold membership in the Girl Scout organization and subscribe to the tenets of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
