JAG delivers a competency-driven curriculum that prepares students for a successful future through leadership, employer engagement, skills development, project-based learning, trauma-informed instructional strategies, and the National Career Association. * The JAG program is a grant through the Oklahoma Department of Career Tech Education, funded by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. The program is intended to be a multi-year with renewal each year. As such, continuation of this position is based upon the availability of grant funding and renewal of the program. Essential Duties: Great Teaching & Learning (Instructional Infrastructure): Maintain the minimum classroom enrollment per the Memorandum of Understanding with the sponsoring agency. After the program is well established, the requirement will be approximately no less than 40 students and no more than 60 per program, comprised of only registered JAGOK students. Identify and recruit students with a minimum of five (5) barriers who will benefit from the program model. Provide individual, group, and career guidance for all students served.
