Responsible for providing training in job specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for various technical applications within the manufacturing areas of Textron Aviation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Prepares course outlines, develops and provides training aids, schedules, and conducts training activities emphasizing safety. Communicate with the operations customer groups to identify and prioritize training needs. Assists in interviewing, selecting, and training additional instructors as needed.
