Medica's Operations Trainer performs technical, systems, transactional and industry specific training for the operations organization including analyzing business outcomes due to implementation of new products, systems, updates in process, and integration activities to discover gaps in knowledge that impact teams within Operations.
Responsible for training needs assessment and curriculum development for instructor led and/or e-learning, one-to-one training, test design, level three (behavior change) assessment and results reporting in accordance to quality standards and expectations of business partners throughout Medica. This is an experienced level professional position that provides explanations and interpretations while being accountable for some complex responsibilities with limited supervision.

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI.
The full salary grade for this position is $50,800 - $87,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $50,800 - $76,125. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.

Operating under the auspices of the SoN Deans, this position leads student recruitment efforts, coordinates student advising and academic services, and assists in all aspects of graduate program planning. Responsibilities:
Admissions responsibilities
* Coordinate admission process.
* Serve as initial point of contact for questions for admitted students regarding nursing requirements including licensure, uniform requirements and program schedule.
* Serve as intake coordinator for graduate applications.
* Meet with students regarding program-specific questions.
Academic responsibilities
* Coordinates academic activities and services within the masters and doctoral programs.
* Provides linkages in the SoN between these graduate programs and our post baccalaureate BSN and traditional programs to promote consistency and coordination in efforts and progression across all programs.

* Assists with course planning for all graduate students throughout their program.

Development/Marketing responsibilities
* Facilitates faculty and staff development efforts.
* Enhances visibility of the program on and off campus.
* Works closely with faculty/staff within the SoN in tracking student retention and progress.
* Assists in marketing and recruitment for students/faculty for new and existing programs.
* Attend and hold recruitment events.
* In partnership with Edgewood University Marketing and Graduate Admission Offices, develop comprehensive recruitment plan that generates a strong and diverse applicant pool of graduate nursing students.
Finance responsibilities
* Provides input into budget needs of program.
Personnel and supervisory responsibilities
* Assists SoN Deans in providing faculty orientation to the program.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Education or Work Experience:
* Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, or related field.
* Experience in working with faculty development and working with administrative personnel.
* Possess public and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead through collaborative decision-making and ability to work effectively with internal and external constituents.
Preferred:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
* Successful record of leadership and accomplishment in areas such as: negotiating between faculty, students and parents with academic concerns; strategic planning; faculty leadership; curriculum design and development; administration of exemplary academic programs with success in improving educational outcomes and student retention.

The Service Facilitator provides intensive case management services to children and adults who have a severe emotional disturbance (SED). The CCS Service Facilitation program follows the wraparound model of service delivery to identify needed services and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans that address both the strengths and needs of the family or individual. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE FACILITATOR:

Develop a crisis/safety plan for the client and family.
Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.

SALARY: $25.00-26.00 per hour for applicants with a Bachelor's Degree; $28.00-30.00 per hour for applicants with a Master's Degree
LOCATION: On-site at our office in Jefferson, WI. Local travel is also required to meet with clients within the home and other community spaces throughout Jefferson County, with mileage reimbursement.
SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional evenings.

The Test DevelopmentSpecialist is responsible for the full cycle of development for Licensure Examinations which adhere to the requirements detailed in each client's contract and industry practices. The Training Specialist is responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, delivery, and administration of initial and ongoing employee education. What you will do...
• Manages the full scope of training program(s) across the entire plant - concept to implementation.

+ Coordinating with the ICITAP and PTC-US Program Management teams - working closely with the relevant stakeholders on program design for activities in the U.S. and KSA.

Position Objective:
OneEnergy Renewables is seeking an Associate, Development. We develop solar energy and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects where the energy market dynamics, grid interconnection rules, and land permitting requirements are often unknown or are in flux and this role is important to help us navigate these unknowns. This entry-level role is primarily comprised of proactive communication and coordinating successfully with a multidisciplinary team. The Associate's contributions are important to ensure our projects meet quality standards, schedule requirements, and budgets, determining project viability.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets; provide recommendations on tasks to ensure project viability.
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Research and obtain critical project or market information regarding zoning code, policy, permits, land records and relevant industry studies.
Monitor and measure project progress and address or report potential issues.
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Conduct outreach to permitting authorities; prepare permit applications; and provide support during public hearings, meetings, and other community engagement.
Support the development of required documents for financing of projects and communicate frequently with the finance and legal teams.
Coordinate with external consultants and manage relationships to ensure external deliverables are completed correctly and on time.
Requirements:
1 year of experience working in a professional environment, including internships and part-time work.
Bachelor's degree in related field (energy, real estate, sustainability, policy, communications) or equivalent experience.
High degree of organization and time-management skills.
Experience in PC computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and Windows. Salesforce experience a plus.
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, or related field.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of organizational capacity to manage multiple projects.
