Prepares, revises, and/or implements documentation and usage guides for software development. Collaborating with the Director of IT in order to maintain computer hardware/software inventory. Generates solutions using robotic process automation tools. Develops and assists management in implementing automation tools and processes to improve efficiency across multiple parts of the company. Collaborates with the Director of IT and the Compliance Officer to review, revise, and implement policies and procedures within the department to ensure that best practices are followed while remaining in compliance with federal/state laws, rules, and regulations. Ability to work with the customers/employees in difficult situations by balancing technical knowledge and people skills. Possesses intermediate to advanced knowledge of one or more programming languages and development environments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements CORE COMPETENCIES 3+ years of experience developing/writing software with AI integration applications. Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience in UI Path, Angular, Django, Tensorflow, Python, Github, and JIRA. Take directions and initiate actions (cross/ additional training) that will allow the assumption of cross-functional duties to ensure a seamless workflow. Create and maintain technical/process documentation related to user or system design specifications. Self-starter and comfortable with working independently while providing timely and accurate status reports. Maintains an obligation to report any errors or breaches and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to minimize and correct issues. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without direct supervision. Multi-tasking abilities, along with ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Days and hours of work are expected to fluctuate but at a minimum this position will be required to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday) and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Friday), and occasionally after regular business hours. Travel may be required. The position operates in a professional office environment and the incumbent, in the course of performing this position, spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, driving, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), standing, sitting, walking, and reaching.
