We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to a critical short-term project, supporting documentation and independent code reviews for Level A systems under DO-178C standards. This project is essential for meeting a Q1 customer deadline, including an SOI 4 audit. Responsibilities + Perform documentation work for Level A systems nearing final DDP. + Conduct independent reviews and act as Designated Verification Engineer (DVE). + Review embedded C code for compliance with requirements (no microcontroller programming). + Support certification efforts under DO-178C. Essential Skills + Strong proficiency in C programming. + Experience with embedded systems on bare-metal platforms (STMicroelectronics microcontrollers). + Documentation and verification experience preferred. + U.S. or permanent resident (ITAR compliance).
