Overview: We are looking for an experienced software developer to join a small, high-impact team responsible for the development and daily operation of our firm's back-office and middle-office systems. These systems sit at the core of the business - powering trade capture, position management, live risk, and P&L infrastructure used by decision-makers across the firm. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with software engineers, operations, and traders to design and maintain systems that process both real-time and batch trading data. Collaborate directly with Director of Operations to build databases, tools, and GUIs that enhance position accuracy, risk visibility, and middle-office coverage. Design and manage dataflows and integrations - including APIs or other pipelines for prices, settlements, reference data, and instrument metadata.
