Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
Position Requirements
Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50 pounds, throughout the store.
+ Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack).
+ Ability to occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead.
+ Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
+ Ability to move throughout the store for an entire shift.
+ Ability to safely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.
+ Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store (e.g. dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register) (forklift and baler requirements do not apply if under the age of 18).
+ Ability to constantly operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.
+ Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.

The Seasonal Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The Organic Materials Science Department researches and develops new and advanced materials and processing strategies to meet a wide range of specialized applications in nuclear weapons, national security and industrial applications. Our department is dedicated to scientific discovery, creativity, innovation and practical solutions for our diverse customers. The department specializes in aging science and predictive performance of polymers, synthetic organic and polymer chemistry, thermal, mechanical, chemical, and physical characterization of organic materials, and advanced manufacturing of polymers. We perform reliability studies for polymers with an emphasis on understanding degradation mechanisms, structure-property relationships, and performance margins. Current areas of R&D in the department include: developing novel encapsulant materials, creating new thermoset chemistries for additive manufacturing, developing innovative NMR techniques to understand transport phenomena in polymers, measuring and optimizing electrical performance of polymer dielectrics, elucidating the interdependency of chemical change and polymer physics over long timeframes, creating reversible and degradable chemistries, understanding polymer interfacial properties and adhesion, measuring and predicting radiation effects on polymers, monitoring of reactive thermoset cure kinetics, and quantifying permeation behavior and spatially dependent degradation processes. The successful candidate should possess significant knowledge of software design and scripting, gathering user requirements, designing software elements, building software suite navigation components, cloud-based systems, creating innovative approaches to solve customer and operator challenges in the space systems domain, and designing SW for portability. Ultimately, you will create and update operational software scripts and user experience elements that address our customer and operator needs to successfully operate critical prototype satellite systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to embrace the a.i. solutions mission of always meeting customer requirements and striving to exceed their expectations.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user script requirements in collaboration with space operations managers and systems engineers
Design scripts which enhance user interface experience and/or improve operational processes, to include enhancing automation and test environments
Identify and troubleshoot existing space operations script problems and update scripts for portability across environments
Coordinate and collaborate with satellite operators to assess script utility, identify needs, and/or monitor active script or operations procedures in progress
Implement operational script approaches in a cloud-based environment, to include compatibility with environments such as AstroUX and COSMOS
Identify areas of improvement in analyzing data and integration approaches with other software systems
Assess space operations scripting environments for complexity and opportunities for simplification and bundling into more manageable and reusable scripts
Prepare and present program scripting plans to internal teams and key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship
Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
Experience in multiple script languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, C# or other space operations related SW languages
Proven work experience as a script designer or similar role
Desired Background:
Master's Degree in computer science
3+ years of software design experience in the space operations environment
Extensive knowledge of cloud-based design software such as AstroUX and COSMOS
Ability to quickly connect in-person and in writing, and to actively listen and perceive the needs, values or opinions of others
Proactivity in identifying and addressing challenges to include innovations that result in positive organizational impact
Strong communication skills
Excellent time-management skills

Job Description
The preferred candidate will be highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, and have a thorough understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, and defined SW development methodology.

A strong desire to learn, implement, and advocate for the use of defined SW development methodologies, such as MIL-STD-498 or J-STD-016 and the best practices contained therein, may offset a lack of the preferred knowledge and experience.
The preferred technical knowledge and experience includes as many of the following as possible: VxWorks or other RTOS, BSP, real-time embedded SW, PowerPC , x86 processors, multi-core and multi-tasking techniques, C/C++, Ada, Assembly, OpenGL, MIL-STD-1553, UART, RS232, gigabit Ethernet, PCI express, Serial Rapid IO, Fibre channel, ClearCase/ClearQuest, TeamView, competency in HW/SW integration in a lab environment, design and documentation skills including military development documents and methodology and, Control and Data Flow Diagrams.
