Duties / Responsibilities
Utilize in-depth knowledge of established industry design standards to support the project team in preparing models, plans, and drawings for key components such as utilities, pavement, and earthwork.
Create detailed construction plan drawings for land development projects, ensuring compliance with agency permitting and approval processes with minimal supervision.
Create detailed surfaces utilizing survey data for accurate earthwork calculations and comparisons.
Prepare quantity take-offs from conceptual and final construction plans.
Identify and resolve technical issues using sound judgment, creativity, and innovation.
Provide regular updates to Project Managers and communicate any design-related concerns promptly.
Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to complete tasks within specified timelines and budget constraints.
