The children and the way you can better their life.
- salary - unfair treatment of DSP - you will get money stolen from you by them and they will find some reason as to why they aren’t giving it to you because at the end of the year the higher ups get that money as a bonus. - they are racist - will call the cops because they aren’t getting their way.
The CEO doesn’t do anything for the dsp and their leadership team keeps them out of the loop about what really goes on
Add some African Americans to their higher up
You don’t.
They dont pay well. And you will never leave on time
There is no diversity within the organization.
The children
the students usually make our day or stress it, but overall its a day to day basis
coworkers, there are many different people who you work with that are in positions that potentially can create a stressful environment which in turns create tension between staffs and it affects the students as well,
