- salary - unfair treatment of DSP - you will get money stolen from you by them and they will find some reason as to why they aren’t giving it to you because at the end of the year the higher ups get that money as a bonus. - they are racist - will call the cops because they aren’t getting their way.
The CEO doesn’t do anything for the dsp and their leadership team keeps them out of the loop about what really goes on
Add some African Americans to their higher up
