Responsibilities * Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. * Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones. * Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks. * Participate in initial and ongoing trainings. * Assess and diagnose mental health conditions. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. * Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip's EMR in accordance with Equip's policies and procedures. * Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. * Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip). * Perform other duties as assigned. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position functions as a fully integrated team member of the residential-based crisis stabilization team. Diverse therapeutic responsibilities that include assessment, crisis intervention, individual therapy, and goal planning are pivotal in this role; as well as ability to work with a diverse population of clients with co-occurring disorders utilizing evidenced-based practices.
