Fernandes joined Devereux in 2016 as executive director of Devereux Pennsylvania’s Children’s Behavioral Health Services center, where she was responsible for the care and treatment of approximately 5,000 children and adolescents, annually, living with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.

Robert C. Dunne has held the role of Devereux’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, treasurer since 2008. Along with his dual role as operating vice president, Dunne is responsible for the organization’s financial performance, as well as setting and implementing financial strategy and procedures across all centers. He also oversees Devereux’s information technology efforts and all facility-related matters.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical/Medical Officer, Dr. Yolanda Graham is responsible for overseeing our organization’s clinical strategies, treatment, and outcomes. Specifically, she works to integrate the latest scientific and medical advancements with time-tested philosophies and compassionate family engagement to provide practical, effective and efficient care for the tens of thousands of children, adolescents, and adults served by the organization every year.
