Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Community Based Services program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families!
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Family Support Coordinator (Crisis Support Coordinator) works one-to-one with youth between the ages of 2-17, in a natural setting (home, school, group home, foster care, or kinship placement) to address and help stabilize behaviors and avoid disruption. With a caseload of 3-5 individuals, the Crisis Support Coordinator assists with behavior reduction and closely works with the Child/Family Team to identify the supports needed to ensure stabilization. Other job duties include intakes, case management, and chart maintenance/documentation with Devereux provided equipment (phone and laptop). Devereux will provide mileage reimbursement and work schedules based on the individual's availbility/needs.
Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.10 / hr
Full Time and Part Time Schedules: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday; ability to work afternoons/nights (as late as 8:30pm)
Ability to commute throughout Maricopa County utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement); Extra coverage needed for the West Valley and East Valley/Mesa areas

The campus is a safe and supportive environment that supports youth, ages 5 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. Our on-site day school is year-round with 225 instructional/grading/in-service days, 35 preset holiday break days, 19 additional float days, and accumulated sick time (
number of days are subject to change with school year
). We work with students on social/communication skills, coping mechanisms, verbal/physical aggression, and emotional/behavioral challenges that impact overall functioning.
As a Teacher, you will develop lesson plans and proficiently deliver curriculum using available digital teaching methods and educational models that are aligned with state standards. Our classroom sizes range from 8-12 students with a 6:1 student-to-staff ratio, including 1-2 direct care professional staff members in the classroom for additional support. Teachers assess student performance objectives on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required. Our Teachers have immediate access to school support staff, teaching materials and supplies, and a state of the art database with tracking capabilities to help with data accumulation. Teachers are required to align content within the Arizona State Standards and Common Core Standards, as well as collaborate with teaching colleagues to plan, facilitate, and teach highly effective literacy instruction.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona's 24-hour Residential Treatment Center (RTC) has the capacity to serve 52 children. The RTC is a safe, supportive environment that provides various services to youth, from the ages of 7 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The Campus features dormitories, a therapeutic K-12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.
The Campus Support position plays a key role in reinforcing a safe, therapeutic, and engaging environment within the Residential Treatment Center. Reporting to the Retention and Training Coordinator, this position balances real-time support for youth and staff with a focus on mentoring, training, and retention of Direct Care Professionals (DCPs). Campus Support staff serve as role models for best practices in treatment implementation, de-escalation, and the Devereux Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (D-PBIS) model. This position is a first responder for acuity-related incidents and actively contributes to staff development and the promotion of a cohesive, positive campus culture. The role ensures alignment with Joint Commission standards, Title 9 regulations, and internal policy expectations.
Pay Range: $22 - $24.20 / hr.
Shift differential of $1/hr - $2/hr for afternoons/nights and weekends hours

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona's 24-hour RTC and Therapeutic School, has the capacity to serve 48 children. The campus is a safe and supportive environment that supports youth, ages 5 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. Our on-site day school is year-round with 225 instructional/grading/in-service days, 35 preset holiday break days, 19 additional float days, and accumulated sick time ( _number of days are subject to change with school year_ ). We work with students on social/communication skills, coping mechanisms, verbal/physical aggression, and emotional/behavioral challenges that impact overall functioning.
As a Teacher, you will develop lesson plans and proficiently deliver curriculum using available digital teaching methods and educational models that are aligned with state standards. Our classroom sizes range from 8-12 students with a 6:1 student-to-staff ratio, including 1-2 direct care professional staff members in the classroom for additional support. Teachers assess student performance objectives on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required. Our Teachers have immediate access to school support staff, teaching materials and supplies, and a state of the art database with tracking capabilities to help with data accumulation. Teachers are required to align content within the Arizona State Standards and Common Core Standards, as well as collaborate with teaching colleagues to plan, facilitate, and teach highly effective literacy instruction.

The Devereux Adolescent Integrated Care Clinic is a specialty outpatient clinic providing whole-person care to teens and young adults, ages 9 to 29, with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Medical Assistant provides direct, hands-on medical assistance to practitioners treating patients in an integrated health care setting. This position includes opening and closing the clinic, managing the front desk including greeting patients, collecting cash co-pays, prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and scheduling of patients with various providers when the front desk needs coverage. The Medical Assistant is responsible for properly "rooming" patients, collecting patient vital signs, and ensuring all exam/lab rooms and exam/lab equipment remain sanitary at all times. Medical Assistants accurately perform laboratory services such as injections, blood draws, urinalysis, stool samples, pap smears, eye exams, and auditory exams. Other job duties include collecting and maintaining accurate medical histories and medical records on all patients, assisting the physicians with entering information in the electronic medical record (EHR) including lab results, as well as calling in prescriptions, writing medical letters on behalf of physicians, and coordinating results of medical testing.

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in the heart of Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona's 24-hour Residential Treatment Center (RTC) has the capacity to serve 52 children. The RTC is a safe, supportive environment that provides various services to youth, from the ages of 7 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The Campus features dormitories, a therapeutic K-12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.
As a Clinician (non-licensed), you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to individuals and/or their families. Clinicians complete assessments, treatment plans, and all required documentation related to the individual, and are active members of the Child and Family Team. We have specialty programs if you are passionate about working with youth that have been sexually trafficked, LGBTQ+ youth, including gender variant youth pursuing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), younger populations, adolescents and transition-aged youth, group and family therapy modalities, youth that struggle with substance abuse, youth with mood disorders and suicidal ideation, and more. Our Clinical supervisors have extensive experience and expertise in all levels of care. _And, our Board approved supervisors with LCSW's, LPC's, and LBA's can assist you in preparing for licensure._
Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,800 (Independent-level); $63,000 - $69,300 (Assoicate-level); $58,000 - $63,800 (non-licensed)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (with other hours as needed)

Qualifications
+ Master's degree required: Counseling or Social Work degree preferred; Master's Degree in Psychology to be considered depending on relevance of course work and previous job experience providing direct therapy

You will assist and support the planning, implementation, and documentation of those programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals on Campus.
Pay Range: $19 - $20.90 / hr
Shift Differentials: $1/hr. 3pm-11pm and $2/hr. 11pm-7am, 7 days/wk.
