What You Will Do
Support the design, calibration, and continuous improvement of electrical test systems and processes
Provide expert electrical troubleshooting and guidance for PCB manufacturing (SMT, through-hole, and power electronics)
Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.) and implement corrective/preventive actions
Develop, improve, and audit quality control procedures for electrical systems and components
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework

* Produce key deliverables such as Gas Standards, Operational Notices, Material Standards, and guidance documents.
* Approve materials and investigate failures by coordinating with Supply Chain and Engineering, evaluating new products, meeting with manufacturers, and conducting root cause analyses.
* Provide technical support for standards-related issues, integrity management programs (DIMP, TIMP, SIMP), and Safety Management System actions.

Your Opportunity
As a Senior Process Engineer, Water you will serve as a senior technical lead on projects with our Water and Wastewater Technology Practice. You will partner with business development personnel to position and shape projects as well as develop technical approaches for proposals and present technical information to clients in interviews. This role will be focused on winning and delivering work in the North Central Region with an Ohio focus. The Senior Process Engineer will provide technical support to Regional Delivery Leaders and engage as needed in executing and delivering projects within the region. Your Key Responsibilities
- As a process expert, you provide t echnical leadership on water and wastewater projects, wastewater treatment; primary, secondary, tertiary and biosolids processes, water treatment, advanced wastewater treatment processes including membrane filtration and membrane bioreactors, side stream nutrient removal, and emerging technologies as applicable odor control and residuals handling processes, and industrial wastewater treatment.
- You provide technical support to client account managers and Regional Leaders in the identification, positioning and pursuit of strategic clients promoting strategic project opportunities.
- You have strong technical skills, project delivery, and leadership experience to a complex array of multi-disciplinary planning, design and construction projects for municipal water and wastewater systems including process engineering, treatment facilities planning and design, and related infrastructure.
- You perform engineering analyses, modeling, and calculations and prepare detailed design drawings and specifications.
- You'll interact with clients, Stantec staff, permitting agencies and other consulting firms in the execution of engineering projects.

The Process Engineer Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for learning and subsequently implementing the Cornerstone Production System methodology on multiple production lines and throughout different systems and processes. GENERAL FUNCTION
The Process Engineer develops, analyzes, improves, and implements Process Specifications, Control Plans, consumable and equipment specifications, and process yield capabilities throughout the Luxottica manufacturing network.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, characterizes, documents, and implements manufacturing process improvement initiatives including: process experimentation, design, optimization, control, specification, and sustainment to achieve continuous improvement to yields and cost initiatives.
Leads lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, reduce cycle times, improve productivity, improve process reliability, and improve customer satisfaction with respect to on-time delivery and quality.
Performs process capability analysis and implements process control procedures.
Creates appropriate process documentation and training tools.
Monitors and controls production processes to ensure compliance to specified requirements..
Provides technical support for the qualification and validation of new product introductions to ensure all aspects of performance, manufacturability and quality are achieved.
Develops and manages timelines, assesses technical feasibility of project options, and executes implementation plans.
Provides technical support for the qualification and validation of new equipment and processes; and identifies and implements new technologies to continuously improve processes.
Leads or supports root cause analysis investigations and recommends corrective actions and preventative actions.
Provides technical input to support process changes.
Supports training of operations personnel.
Conducts investigations and tests pertaining to the development of new manufacturing methods, materials or processes, and investigates possible applications of results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Lead troubleshooting efforts on extrusion equipment and processing issues
Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Plans to promote process optimization and resolve reoccurring reliability concerns
Assist with development and implementation of capital projects to optimize machine capabilities and reliability
Assist Maintenance personnel in addressing reliability issues and developing preventative maintenance measures to support equipment reliability
Assist manufacturing efforts in all New Product / Process Development trials
QUALIFICATIONS:
