Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Device Engineer. A successful candidate will join the device/technology team within ADI's Advanced Development Group, responsible for process development and providing technology solutions for all business units within ADI. Primary responsibilities include Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) simulations, device experimentation, design and layout of test structures, and bench characterization and electrical testing. The engineer is also responsible for developing innovative device solutions to continue technology scaling and will be involved in development of new silicon processes.
The job may involve interaction with a multidisciplinary team of process integration, device characterization, modeling and circuit design engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:
* MS/PhD Electrical, Materials, Physics, or Chemistry. Course work or experience in semiconductor fabrication/processing and device physics is required
* Basic understanding of Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS devices
* Basic understanding of integrated circuit manufacturing steps and flow
* Strong analytical mind with problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiar with Synopsis/Centaurus TCAD tools
* Solid understanding of LDMOS power devices
* Experience with semiconductor parameter analyzer such as B1500 or HP4155
* Experience with Cadence
