Experience in gathering data to solve complex technical problems and be able to follow established system and component assessment procedures and complete established assessment milestones. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications. U.S. Citizen with the ability to attain a Public Trust Job Duties: Conducting Civil and Structural Facility Condition Assessments on JBSA facilities and sites. Conduct inventory for facilities following the Uniformat classification of building elements found in ASTM E1557 Building Standard, A10, A20, B10, B20, B30, C10, C30, G20 and all component items described in the BUILDER SMS Inventory and Assessment Manuals Enter all the component items into the BUILDER SMS program for each facility and site assessed. Documenting and entering the measurements, quantities, details, information, photos, and data plate information into BUILDER SMS. Grading and annotating components in BUILDER SMS program with details and photos for each civil component item according to Inventory and Assessments Manuals. Create and run reports from BUILDER SMS and use BUILDER Remote Entry Data (BRED) to enter data into BUILDER SMS. Physical Requirements: Shall be able to access all facility locations either by climbing ladder, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing and crawling Corrective color vision Able to lift fifty (50) pounds Able to work in temperatures up to one hundred (100) degrees Non-Essential Functions: Required to take training on the use of government programs NEXGEN IT, BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS), Builder Remote Entry Database (BRED) to complete data entry for facility and site assessments.
