Working under limited supervision, the Optimization Operator is responsible for driving analysis of real-time data through Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) monitoring. The role leads collaboration with engineers, operators, and foremen for wells and lease activities, and optimizes producing and underperforming wells. The operator drives subsurface well maintenance, performs dynamometer, fluid shots, and Formation Bottomhole Pressure (FBHP) surveys, and maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance. The role leads the identification of opportunities for operations cost reductions, reducing production variance, and improving job efficiency and safety based on subject matter expertise in field operations. The operator assists with orientation and training of lower-level employees and maintains a contact role for field operations, serving as a point of communication for all personnel during emergencies or significant occurrences, ensuring effective response and coordination.
* Drives analysis of real-time data through Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) monitoring to facilitate informed decision-making and control complex processes efficiently.
* Leads collaboration with Engineers, DSC/PA, Foremen, and Lease Operators for wells and lease activities, contributes in well reviews and route reviews, and troubleshoots and optimizes producing and underperforming wells.
* Drives minor subsurface well maintenance limited to non-BOPE jobs (e.g., swab, slickline, plunger maintenance, hot oil/water, regulatory, routine testing, batch/chemical/scale jobs, long stroke/respace, cap string inspection, fluid levels, dynamometer) and performs dynamometer, fluid shots, and Formation Bottomhole Pressure (FBHP) surveys where applicable as planned or needed.
* Serves as a subject matter expert in field operations, encompassing artificial plunger lift, surface facility equipment operations and repair, oil & gas well chemicals, and efficient time management practices.
* Maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Operations Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Environmental Health and Safety Department.
* Leads identification of opportunities for operations cost reductions, reducing production variance, and improving job efficiency and safety based on expertise in field operations.
* Works under general supervision to perform complex production operations tasks, including developing and implementing SOPs for maintenance processes, contributing to efficient operations, and ensuring safety protocols.
* Assists with the orientation and training of lower-level employees, sharing knowledge and expertise on production operations, artificial lift optimization, and controls monitoring to support their professional development.
* Maintains a field-wide contact role for field operations, serving as a point of communication for all personnel during emergencies or significant occurrences, ensuring effective response and coordination.

Education:

The Night Midstream Operator will be responsible for all aspects of compressor station maintenance and operations as well as providing technical support in the field. They will assist the production team anytime support is needed. This is a night scheduled position.

You will provide both day-to-day support and preventive maintenance to critical equipment utilized at various field locations including well sites, compressor stations, tank batteries and saltwater disposals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for repair, preventive maintenance and overall proper function of all types of mechanical equipment which includes but not limited to: engines, compressors, pumps, valves, turbines, heat exchangers, cooling towers, air coolers, filtration equipment, pressure relief devices, and other specialty items
Lead teams of contractor and vendor technicians for maintenance work as required
Ensures that all equipment is maintained according to Coterra Energy compliance and integrity standards in order to meet expected reliability
Assist Maintenance and Engineering teams in activity planning, engineering change and cost control
Ensure that procedures for the safe execution of tasks are in place and adhered to (including task Instructions, Permits-to Work, Task Risk Assessments, and Safety Meeting and JSA's)

The Foreman Construction is responsible for the coordination and supervision of construction/facilities activities on location, including safety and environmental compliance, contractor performance, cost management, and other supervisory activities on construction projects. The role coordinates new lease roads, locations, batteries, facilities, and pipeline construction and necessary rework as needed to existing roads, locations, batteries, facilities, and pipelines. The role supports in project planning, supervision, and documentation for personnel safety and construction related operations and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with landowners, engineers, landmen, geologists, state/province and local officials, and construction vendors and their staff. The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of new construction projects and rework activities, contributing to the overall success of E&P operations.
• Supervises and coordinates new construction projects, including lease roads, well locations, batteries, facilities, and pipelines and collaborates with team members to develop project plans and schedules.
• Assembles required project documents such as specifications, drawings, payment schedules, and other business documents related to the work, reviews and approves invoices submitted for payment by vendors, and coordinates and performs tasks involved with project planning.
• Supervises the daily activities of direct reports and inspectors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications and provides assistance in daily operations, addressing challenges, and making real-time decisions.
• Leads and supervises a team to ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations, overseeing day-to-day operations and personnel development.
• Ensures regulatory compliance in construction activities, maintains a safe and ethical work environment, and mentors, trains, and develops staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Upholds and promotes a strong safety culture by enforcing safety procedures and conducting regular safety meetings and participates in safety inspections, incident investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Demonstrates and promotes safe and ethical behavior at all times and possesses the right and obligation to stop work if unsafe conditions exist or are suspected, applying company policies throughout the team's operations.
• Interacts with company personnel to coordinate construction activities and communicates construction activities to landowners as necessary for project completion.
• Assembles and reviews construction documentation required for permanent construction file and communicates with construction contractors regarding issues including safety performance, project scheduling, quality assurance/quality control, and costs.
• Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.
• Works closely with the project engineer and planning teams to ensure all changes and upgrades are incorporated prior to the initiation of the ORR and supports operations with the scheduling, release, and closure of the ORR process.
Education:
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education is required. Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline is preferred.
Experience:
• 6+ years of relevant experience with 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in Pipeline Construction, Facilities Maintenance, and Construction Codes and Standards or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
