Our client is an established Semiconductor Manufacturing facility in the North Phoenix AZ vicinity, and are seeking multiple experienced Engineers to join the Facilities/ Construction team in building the foundation for the new manufacturing facilities, industrial work, and field engineering with up to 2.1M square feet for a site, and buildings up to 600k square feet. Position Summary: Seeking multiple Facility, Construction, & Manufacturing Engineers who are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facility systems to include UPW, Water, Mechanical, HVAC, Controls, Piping, etc. These Engineer must accurately and reliably build to follow standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. This role supports the (OSAT) factory/site in North Peoria, AZ. Engineers with experience in any of these: Gas Chemical, HVAC, Process Piping, Low Voltage/CCTV, UPW, Water/Wastewater, Fire, Electrical, Instrument & Controls, and Environmental/EHS. Position Overview: • Work with GC's and trades to guide them in the construction and building of this facility over the next 4-years, establish new SOP's, and build a new team of engineers and technicians as an industry leader • Manage automatic control systems for efficiency, issue resolution, monitor system performance, and propose improvements. • Manage the inventory of main tools, instruments, and materials, and order them in a timely manner when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, regularly inspect the condition of equipment, establish maintenance plans, and be able to troubleshoot issues. • Develop system documentation, including PM work plans, operating instructions, contingency plans, and training materials. • Manage permitting procedures for equipment installation and operation, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Manage the utility supply procedures required for the production line while optimizing energy use and reducing waste, ensuring stable supply by adhering to each utility's specifications. • Clearly define the project requirements and prepare bid documents to include the project's scope, schedule, budget, and technical specifications to ensure the selection of suitable contractors.
