Communicate site issues with regulatory significance to Licensing organization to gain support and enable fleet-wide learning. Provide site-specific administrative support for the Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB) function. Dry Cask Storage Dry Cask Storage includes the following functions: regulatory support for dry cask storage program implementation, governance of 72.48 and 72.212 processes, and regulatory compliance and communications (Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region and State interface). Support day-to-day dry cask storage operations including Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and Certification of Completion (CofC) change processes, Technical Specifications support, operability and reportability support, inspection planning and support, and case management. Provide analysis for resolution of dry cask storage licensing issues for the fleet. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform regulatory and technical tasks as assigned by supervision. Assure all regulatory products prepared are in accordance with applicable procedures, licensing basis, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements. Participate in the development and implementation of effective processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Recommend format and methodology improvements to standard processes and procedures.
