The Portfolio & Innovation Analytics vertical within ODDA seeks to equip Mars Associates with the capabilities needed to address portfolio health and innovation from a holistic and analytics-driven viewpoint.
What will be your responsibilities?
Builds software functionality and participates in delivery team, taking on development responsibilities for the entire tech stack Work closely with Tech Leads and developers of various teams to assess existing problems and to produce process improvement solutions Detect upcoming bottlenecks and production issues proactively and consult teams hands-on towards improved technical solutions Participate in planning delivery time, code quality, and process efficiency improvement projects Execute on plan by building coding standardizations and automating processes for the organization Perform daily tasks such as environmental health checks, disk space monitoring, and environmental status reports Maintain and grows knowledge of platform configuration management and troubleshooting Actively participate in deploying application artifacts to appropriate target environments using the supported technologies and infrastructure Survey developers and technical members of the organization to understand their main pain points in the coding and development process Collaborate with the rest of DevOps team to deliver consistent and holistic solution to the organization



What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, or other related field 4 to 6 years' experience in devops role or equivalent Excellent coding and scripting skills (Bash, Perl) and experience with implementing high-scale cloud architectures using modern, cloud-based container platforms (PaaS/SaaS) Working knowledge of deployment automation solutions (i.e. Puppet, Chef, Ansible) Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and cluster management tools like Kubernetes, Docker, configuration management and monitoring Experience with continuous integration and related tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Ant, Git, Sonar, etc. Experienced with building, debugging, operating systems, databases and infrastructure at scale

In this role, the candidate will help support the Intel Datacenter AI Group (DCAI) Programmable Solutions Engineering Group's use of Engineering Compute resources by being the Compute Resource Manager/Compute Lead with primary responsibilities around Americas Region (AMR) compute resource management and support, but secondarily to also help with:

Supporting users in the most productive and efficient use of compute, interactive and storage resources.Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing CAD/EDA job flows to work with Intel job schedulers.Forecasting for compute and interactive resource needs, and as necessary assist in forecasting for storage needs on a per project basis.Monitor utilization trends to forecast and proactively address issues before those issues can impact engineering activities.Assist in migrating job flows between different environments, zones and sites.

This is a technical customer support role in which communication, knowledge of EDA workflows and lifecycles, LINUX system administration, and High-Performance Compute environments and tools is key to success. You will interact with Engineering users and stakeholders on technologies and services such as NFS, VNC, Linux, NAS storage management, batch schedulers, EDA tools and licenses within a large scale, global compute environment.The skills to develop solutions, scripts (python, perl, csh, bash, etc.) and/or processes to automate management of these services and tools is required.This is a high visibility role in ensuring productivity and efficiency across global engineering environments. Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supporting EDA tools and job flows in a large scale, global compute environment as a CAD Engineer, Design Automation Engineer, Compute Infrastructure Engineer, or Linux Systems Administrator.Preferred Qualifications:7+ years supporting EDA tools and job flows and/or experience with Intel specific tools and processes.
