Team: Growth Reports to: Head of Growth About the Role We're looking for our first Growth Engineer(title and seniority are flexible) - someone who loves to ship fast, measure everything, and turn ideas into impact. You'll be the technical engine behind our growth initiatives, transforming experiments into production-ready code, ensuring reliable tracking, and helping the team move 10× faster without depending on the core product roadmap. You'll collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve how customers discover, sign up for, and engage with Our Startup's products. What You'll Do Run experiments end-to-end - design, build, and deploy A/B tests across web, checkout, and in-app experiences. Own our analytics stack - maintain accurate tracking in Amplitude, GA4, and ChartMogul; unify user identities; and ensure events flow cleanly across systems. Build growth infrastructure - develop the feature flags, frameworks, and tooling that make testing and iteration scalable. Analyze and optimize - use data to understand user activation, conversion, and retention; translate insights into actionable experiments. Personalize cross-platform experiences - build systems that connect usage patterns across products (e.g., identifying users who complete a key workflow and surfacing tailored recommendations). You've owned A/B tests end-to-end and care deeply about clean, accurate data.
