About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sr. DevOps Engineer to join Sogeti and help deliver cutting-edge cloud and automation solutions. This role focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable DevOps practices across AWS environments, enabling continuous integration and deployment for enterprise-grade applications. What You Will Do at Sogeti Develop and implement DevOps strategies for deployment, scaling, and automation across AWS environments. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing using AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline. Manage containerized workloads leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon ECS. Configure and maintain AWS infrastructure, including RDS instances, multi-environment setups, and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with development and QA teams during release cycles and troubleshoot production issues. Apply best practices for cloud security and data protection across application, network, and infrastructure layers. Oversee Cloudflare updates and database operations to ensure performance and security. What You Will Bring Proven experience implementing AWS cloud infrastructure and delivering end-to-end solutions. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Bash, or Python. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform. Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and Git workflows. Ability to secure systems across all layers and familiarity with security protocols (HTTPS, TLS, PKI, OAuth). Experience managing AWS RDS instances, including secure configurations, monitoring, and backup strategies. Preferred Skills Experience with Cloudflare and Bitbucket. Familiarity with building and deploying Node.js applications. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog, and X-Ray. Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance requirements. Exposure to scaling applications across multiple geographies. High-level AI usage in day-to-day activities. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
