Process Operator Technician position will be very demanding and work a varied schedule. Operators work a rotating shift schedule with overtime as required by business needs. The Facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Successful applicants will also be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Live and demonstrate the Heartwell Renewables core values
Must be able to visually monitor numerous computer screens and control points in a control room environment when assigned (including for extended periods of time)
Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends)

Must be available for on-call/relief duties
Learn refining process operations and qualify on process jobs
Demonstrate ability to understand and operate refining process operations, product tank, and chemical unloading.
Duties include, but are not limited to, making periodic rounds per shift, monitoring the tank levels and transfers, tank gauging, collecting process and chemical samples, monitoring the units, equipment decontamination, equipment isolation (LOTO), assistance in equipment maintenance and writing work permits
Opening and closing manual valves and making needed process adjustments
Detect and respond to process upsets and emergency situations and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Complete and pass annual audiometric and respiratory fit test
Maintain a clean work area

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements
Purpose: The role of the Associate Pastor is to come alongside our Senior Pastor and Elder Board to shepherd a growing, multi-generational church in downtown Hastings, Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Pastor:
-Ministry Coordination and Communication: Provide clear direction and support to church staff and volunteers, with a special emphasis on strengthening Life Group ministry.
-Love And Care For God's People: Offer biblical counseling, respond to requests for assistance, and provide pastoral care through hospital visits, funerals, and relational presence within the congregation and community.
-Develop Disciples: Promote and facilitate one-on-one discipleship to nurture spiritual growth.
-Teaching: Willingness to lead Bible studies and Life Groups, and occasionally deliver sermons on Sundays.
-Berean Fellowship Participation: Actively engage in Berean Fellowship meetings, including Regional Fellowship, Engage, and Connect gatherings.
Qualifications:
-Meets the scriptural qualifications of an Elder and for his calling as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:2-3.
-A personal and continually growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
-Strong gifting in leadership, organization, and administration
-Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
-Training in biblical studies or willingness to pursue such training
Accountability: The Associate Pastor will report to the Elder Board through the Senior Pastor and work collaboratively with the rest of the staff, particularly the Administrative Assistant.

General Purpose:
Responsible for proper installation of delivered merchandise. Responsible for proper and timely deliveries, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise from customers residence. Has thorough knowledge of the rental (lease) agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Safeguards company monies obtained while in the field, property, and vehicles. Essential Duties:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Premier Rental-Purchase Stores Standards of Operation.
Responsible for making all deliveries, service calls, retrievals, and relocations in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for safeguarding all monies collected while in the field.
Responsible for the proper care and movement of all merchandise in transport.
Maintain rented or leased units by making minor repairs when necessary or if major repairs are needed to transport the merchandise to our service department for repair. When the unit is repaired return the product to the customers residence promptly.
Reviews delivery spreadsheet to be sure item, model and serial numbers match the item going out on the Rental (lease) Agreement and that is being delivered.
Answers the phone by the second ring in a pleasant and professional manner.
Retrieve merchandise to be returned to store stock and relocate merchandise if the customer moves.
Carefully check rental (lease) returns and promptly refurbish to like new condition.
Follows the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge to serve our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handles customer service issues in a professional manner.
Other Duties:
Responsible for cleanliness of the backroom and the assigned company vehicle.
Responsible for helping receive new merchandise.
Additional duties, as time permits include:
Take customer order forms for the customers.

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Efforts, Demands, and Conditions:

Work is normally performed in the store, in the field, and in customers homes. In the field, a variety of conditions may be encountered, including moving merchandise in wide-open spaces, level spaces, across dirt, icy, or uneven surfaces such as gravel. Stairs, wet or slippery surfaces, narrow doorways, etc. may be encountered. Requires driving in various weather conditions as well as exposure to heat, cold, dust, and other uncontrollable conditions.

Relationships:

Job Summary/Description:
KOLN/KSNB, a Gray Media-owned CBS/NBC-affiliate in Lincoln and Hastings, Nebraska, has an exciting opportunity for a Broadcast Engineer. This position is based in Hastings, Nebraska, and will require travel to studios in Lincoln, Grand Island, and North Platte, as well as tower sites across the state. The Broadcast Engineer is responsible for the support, implementation, and maintenance of all broadcast, digital streaming, and office technical equipment and software applications for local and remote operations.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain all broadcast systems and infrastructure at multiple sites, including Hastings, Grand Island, North Platte, and tower sites in between, while intentionally improving technology according to a plan.
• Maintain all engineering aspects of the technical facility, including studio support, post-editing systems, field production support, office support, and transmission of live/taped events & programs.
• Have knowledge regarding equipment, technology, and systems, and be able to step in and assist in emergency situations.
• Performs regular maintenance tasks, including repairs, equipment replacement, managing supplies, etc.
• Documents and executes necessary corrective actions.
• Ensures all broadcast equipment is operating correctly before and during live broadcast and streaming events and documents technical problems, and reports them to the managers.
• Have a working knowledge of the latest operating systems software, including server and desktop operating systems.
• Ensure all aspects of FCC & FAA rules and regulations are met regarding all technology components.
• Monitor multiple air channels and transmitters, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assuring quality control of on-air product
• Responsible for maintaining equipment for all aspects of the on-air product - TV air chain, video editing systems, IT networks, graphic systems, field newsgathering equipment, and weather systems
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Engineering or electronics degree or equivalent, 2-3 years of professional or broadcast experience.
• Experience with IP-based video/audio transport and streaming technologies
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support 24/7 operation
