The Dexcom Remote Sales Representative will be assigned a district/territory comprised of potential Health Care Professional (HCP) customers. This individual will be responsible for bringing awareness about CGM systems and promoting the use of Dexcom products by providing support services and solutions to HCPs. The Dexcom Sales Representative will communicate with prospects using a suite of technologies including, but not limited to, telephone, SMS, Email, MarketingCloud journeys, video conferencing, etc.

You will support company initiatives within the district/territory virtually as well as in person to bring awareness to the benefits of Dexcom CGM to Healthcare Providers in your district. (HCP calls, programs, TBM support)
You will provide education and training on Dexcom products to relevant HCPs in innovative ways
You will achieve quarterly sales goals and meet Key Performance Indicator Metrics as designated by your management team
You will increase the Dexcom market share and hit district/territory targets in line with company expectations by utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture
You will utilize company CRM to identify business development opportunities, track activities, and configure digital face-to-face presentations
It is preferred that you are experienced using a CRM tool in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and have a passion for helping those with diabetes.
You must live within the District's territory defined in the job title to be able to attend meetings, events, or development opportunities

Customer, Patient, and Industry Knowledge
You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Dexcom customer and diabetes industry, market conditions and trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor activities
You will maintain an understanding of all the Dexcom customer types, segments, and the patient's experience (including unmet needs, drivers, and barriers)
You will attend industry trade shows and events to promote Dexcom products and services - some travel may be required
You will partner closely with sales management and professionals at Dexcom to create and follow a cohesive customer engagement plan
Therapy Area and Product Knowledge
You will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Dexcom product knowledge and a thorough understanding of diabetes. Undertake and regularly pass clinical and product knowledge assessments
You will implement sales and marketing initiatives throughout the customer base according to company priorities/strategy and customer needs, including the launching of new products and services
You will differentiate between Dexcom products, services, and applications against competitor brands and product lines
Business Planning and Administration
You will prioritize and execute cycle and Quarterly objectives
You will analyze district/territory-level market share and other appropriate sales data to optimize efficiency to meet or exceed goals and objectives consistently
You will ensure correct and up-to-date information is communicated to customers
You will complete all call reporting within specified deadlines
Selling
You will conduct high volume outbound cold and warm calls daily to meet product awareness goals.
You will execute call objectives appropriate to the customer's segment and specific needs, including sampling, clarity training, education programs, etc.
You will connect and engage with prescribers and HCPs in individual and group set-ups to help customers discover, clarify, and verbalize their needs and those of their patients and identify gaps
You will act as a reliable resource for information on how Dexcom products and services can meet expressed and uncovered needs
As appropriate, you will utilize the Dexcom sales process with each customer to identify priority opportunities and to capture progress to date
You will drive recommendations of Dexcom products across the district/territory to achieve growth targets
Administration
You will complete daily, weekly, and monthly administration as required
You will maintain the CRM system as directed by the Sales Manager
You will capture email and register HCPs for marketing journeys
You will ensure all internal training courses/regulatory requirements are completed as directed
You will attend team meetings and actively participate with territory/district team events

The Dexcom Remote Sales Representative will be assigned a district/territory comprised of potential Health Care Professional (HCP) customers. This individual will be responsible for bringing awareness about CGM systems and promoting the use of Dexcom products by providing support services and solutions to HCPs. The Dexcom Sales Representative will communicate with prospects using a suite of technologies including, but not limited to, telephone, SMS, Email, MarketingCloud journeys, video conferencing, etc.

You will support company initiatives within the district/territory virtually as well as in person to bring awareness to the benefits of Dexcom CGM to Healthcare Providers in your district. (HCP calls, programs, TBM support)
You will provide education and training on Dexcom products to relevant HCPs in innovative ways
You will achieve quarterly sales goals and meet Key Performance Indicator Metrics as designated by your management team
You will increase the Dexcom market share and hit district/territory targets in line with company expectations by utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture
You will utilize company CRM to identify business development opportunities, track activities, and configure digital face-to-face presentations
It is preferred that you are experienced using a CRM tool in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and have a passion for helping those with diabetes.
You must live within the District's territory defined in the job title to be able to attend meetings, events, or development opportunities

You will ensure correct and up-to-date information is communicated to customers
You will complete all call reporting within specified deadlines
Selling
You will conduct high volume outbound cold and warm calls daily to meet product awareness goals.
You will execute call objectives appropriate to the customer's segment and specific needs, including sampling, clarity training, education programs, etc.
You will connect and engage with prescribers and HCPs in individual and group set-ups to help customers discover, clarify, and verbalize their needs and those of their patients and identify gaps
You will act as a reliable resource for information on how Dexcom products and services can meet expressed and uncovered needs
As appropriate, you will utilize the Dexcom sales process with each customer to identify priority opportunities and to capture progress to date
You will drive recommendations of Dexcom products across the district/territory to achieve growth targets

You will complete daily, weekly, and monthly administration as required
You will maintain the CRM system as directed by the Sales Manager
You will capture email and register HCPs for marketing journeys

The Radiometer Sales Representative is tasked with building and nurturing customer relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing sales growth with existing clients. The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position is a 6-9 month training position for those with little to no electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful graduation from the program, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). The Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) is accountable to provide technical and clinical product support to health care providers including Electrophysiology (EP) physicians, Interventional Cardiologists (IC) and laboratory staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems - with an emphasis on the AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters - to enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures respectively. The CAS is responsible to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians & EP laboratory staff in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization. The ULS CAS directly partners with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
As the Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist, you will:
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and appropriate software modules including CARTOSOUND , CARTOMERGE and the Stockert RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
* Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Shares best practices to increase value for customers.
* Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
* Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Sales Manager (TM) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
* Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
* Drive collaboration and maintains consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal partners including regional teams/Pods (i.e. TMs, EP CAS and other ULS CAS), as well as support personnel (i.e. Marketing, FSE, RBD).

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab
* Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
* Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.

* A valid driver's license issued in the United States

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Function independently with sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
+ Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely shares such information with relevant internal Intra-Cellular stakeholders.
+ Provides input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region. Identifies and selects programs/resources available and appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
+ Provides special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs that fall within ITCI's ethical guidelines.
+ Works with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
+ Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II's on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
+ Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
+ Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
+ Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.

The Neuroscience Sales Representative will develop superior product and disease state knowledge that allows them to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals. Additionally, they will have responsibility for the creation of local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and accountability for effective application of budget and expense management within their assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:
* Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets within both in-person and virtually.
* Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
* Effectively uses assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives. Customizes discussions and client interactions based on customer's needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
* Function independently with sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
* Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely shares such information with relevant internal Intra-Cellular stakeholders.
* Provides input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region. Identifies and selects programs/resources available and appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
* Provides special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs that fall within ITCI's ethical guidelines.
* Works with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
* Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II's on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
* Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
* Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
* Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.
* Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

* Must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
* Must have 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required; previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
* Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus.
* Must have strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers. Ideal candidate emulates patient-centricity.

* Territories may require some overnight travel depending on geography.
