As the ProductManager for Onboarding and Customer Engagement, you will lead the design and optimization of Dexcom's onboarding and education experiences across our digital ecosystem.
You will define scalable, compliant flows that streamline access and activation for patients, caregivers, and providers, partnering closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and experience teams.

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to drive CoverMyMeds-wide AI transformation across internal CMM processes in our Product and Technology organizations, focused on our Product Development Lifecycle. This role is centered on embedding automation and AI into the way we create and launch capabilities and features, from initial ideas to release, refinement and value creation. This role will look for ways that we can modernize ideation, research, design, development, testing, and launch, with a focus on meeting market needs and measuring our progress on meeting them. This role will serve as a catalyst for change, a connector across functions, and a thought leader in the evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Develop and lead a multi-year roadmap for internal AI adoption within the Product Development Lifecycle
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Product and Technology related to the Product Development Lifecycle
Translate emerging AI trends into actionable and measurable strategies for internal transformation
Execution & Enablement
Partner with CMM functions (e.g. Strategic Initiatives, Product, Technology, HR, operations, and data teams) and Enterprise Functions (e.g. McKesson Technology) to implement AI solutions
Build internal capabilities through training and scalable frameworks
Establish success metrics and track progress against transformation goals. Provide thought leadership to measure success on multiple dimensions including, but not limited to, velocity and value
Align with and leverage appropriate governance bodies (e.g. CoverMyMeds AI Review Board) to increase speed to execution and quantify value anticipated and created
Change Leadership & Governance
Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, measurement and continuous learning
Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability
Communicate vision and progress across all levels of the organization
Manage AI related program and process governance across different functional areas
Thought Leadership & Partnership
Serve as an internal thought leader on AI and automation for the Product and Technology organizations
Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Represent the organization in external forums as needed to share learnings
Required Capabilities & Experience
Proven experience in product, technology, and/or data-driven roles in the healthcare industry
Metrics-driven mindset with ability to define and measure impact

CoverMyMeds' Access Provider & Payer Product team is looking for a Senior ProductManager to help define the future of CoverMyMeds access products. Our Provider & Payer Product team is a foundational group of productmanagers and thought leaders intently focused on improving medication access services focusing on prior authorization for Providers and Payers. Together with our various business units, the work our Provider & Payer Product team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

As a Senior ProductManager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:
Drives and implements product direction based on synthesis of industry and market research performed
Proactively engages with CSBD, Product leaders, Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution and future state, and properly position products in the marketplace
Engage and influence stakeholders to foster diverse perspectives and effective communication; align on strategies and execute them collaboratively
Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust
Drives customer co-innovation opportunities to implement MVP product recommendations
Ensures features and product direction are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and makes recommendations to leadership

Skills You'll Need
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
ProductManagement experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Healthcare and healthcare technology experience in Provider and/or Payer industry segments
Experience defining and validating new product strategies
Experience turning product strategy into product delivery execution

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Director, Product Marketing, OTTAVA. This role can be based out of Santa Clara, CA. or Cincinnati, OH.
The Sr Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for leading the OTTAVA Product Marketing team, working closely with product strategy, technical pillars and regional partners. Reporting to the VP of NPD and Platform Strategy, this role will provide decisive leadership in all areas of the marketing mix related to customer insight, launch activities, market segmentation, product positioning, KOL engagement, and brand management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Champions a multispecialty strategy and customer engagement plan
* Defines worldwide Marketing strategy
* Develops global insights to drive marketing strategies
* Develops the positioning and value props
* Works closely with global upstream team and regions to deliver new product launch forecasts
* Creates relationships with WW key opinion leaders to inform on strategy
* Drives value-based healthcare initiatives through key claims and a robust evidence strategy
* Forecasts customer demand and participate in developing demand forecasts for new products across product lines
* Proactively aligns decision making with enterprise-wide strategy and evaluates short and long term goals to prioritize the highest impact actions
* Builds organizational capability, recruits & develops talent, and allocates appropriate resources to achieve growth goals. Providing leadership, support, and expertise across the organization; including input into product development teams
* Builds a pipeline of talent and fosters a culture of engagement within the team
* Is a key member of the NPD/PS Leadership Team
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
Skills and Experience:
* 10+ years of experience as sales and marketing leader at global level with a track record of delivering results in challenging business environments
* Experience in healthcare industry, MedTech required, robotics and digital surgery is preferred; demonstrated ability to understand the portfolio of products
* Experience managing teams and the ability to identify and develop talent required
* Demonstrated track record of increased marketing responsibilities
* Cross-functional experience is preferred (i.e. Sales, Finance, R&D, etc.).
* Strong strategic and analytic skills required
* Proven ability to go from strategy to execution and deliver results in the market required
* Experience in upstream and downstream marketing, including new product launch required
* Experience in marketing programs to create new markets or market segments is preferred
* Knowledge of marketing research and analysis, including (VOC) voice of the customer is required

* This role can be based out of Santa Clara, CA. or Cincinnati, OH. and may require up to 50% travel (International and Domestic)
* The anticipated base pay range for this role is $173,000 to $299,000
* For candidates based out of the Bay Area, CA. the anticipated base pay range is $200,000 to $343,850

The Director, Product Brand Marketing, OTTAVA will be part of the Global Strategic Marketing team for our Ottava Surgical Robotics Portfolio. Reporting to the VP NPD and Platform Strategy, you will partner across Ottava strategic marketing, Medtech Surgery and J&J communications to develop a differentiated narrative demonstrating category leadership in the next era of robotic surgery.
The primary objectives of this role include:
* Collaborate with key partners across J&J MedTech to develop and deliver a differentiated narrative in robotics.
* Collaborate across functions and organizations to create clarity around brand story, application, and messaging to build alignment and consistency in application and communication of strategy and tactics.
* Lead cross-functional efforts to develop sales collateral, commercial playbooks, product and training collateral while creating a highly visible process for communicating progress and capacity.
