DFine CEO and leadership

Greg Barrett has more than 35 years of medical device experience. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President and CEO of BARRX Medical, where he guided the company to a successful sale to a strategic partner. Prior to joining BARRX, Greg served as President and CEO of ACMI Corporation, Group Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation, and he has held positions as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at both Orthofix Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He also spent 13 years at C.R. Bard Corporation, where he finished his tenure as Vice President of Marketing in the Cardiosurgery Division. Greg sits on the Board of BaroSense, Inc. and Cutera, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas, Austin.

Lewis has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations spanning industries from high tech to medical devices. Before joining DFINE, Lewis was the head of finance for 9 years at Nobel Biocare Holdings USA, Inc with full responsibility for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and Tax management for their North American region. Prior to Nobel, Lewis spent 11 years working for Molex, Inc, a Global Fortune 500 corporation, first as the financial controller in the UK before transferring as a member of the senior management team to a newly acquired manufacturing company located in Orange County, CA. Lewis, a member of the Australian Society of CPA’s, began his career in finance with Mobile Oil of Australia and received his Bachelor of Business with Distinction from Footscray Institue of Technology, Melbourne Australia.
