They hired a ton of good people, so they pay well. Unfortunately they haven't been able to retain anyone. Everyone I know that works here collects their paycheck, leaves as soon as they can because they are miserable. I’ve worked retail for over 20 years. They have know idea what they’re doing. My current boss should be working for me, she is embarrassingly bad at what she does. Experience is not valued. You will be miserable here.
Don’t work here unless you’re old or white. They have no idea what they are doing. Zero structure. The only people who work here for more than a year are friends of the CEO. There are zero resources for sales. Marketing don’t exist. This i Dallas Gold and Silver - a corporation formed to protect themselves from a horribly ran company and a currupt CEO. Google him. Only work here if your desperate. I, along with my managers, are all looking for new roles.
You can come into work whenever you want. No one cares what you’re doing.
