The corporate headquarters are in Olathe, KS and close to major highways so it is a relatively quick commute even from where I am in Missouri.
This company has a very male dominated culture where women stand beneath the glass ceiling screaming. Your only reward for hard work is more work. I would estimate that employees are 90% white which shocked me in my first weeks. The building was so big that I got lost a couple of times but still rarely saw a person of color.
Cold buffet food at Christmas that you have to stand in line for 20 minutes for because there are so many people.
