DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire New Construction Sales Representative in Tempe, Arizona who will have sales responsibility for new construction sales for the commercial construction side of our business specializing in commercial sectional & rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high- speed doors. This position is responsible for introducing commercial customers to products and services in Tempe and surrounding areas.
Position Overview:
Establish and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Tempe and the surrounding areas.
Meeting with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers' facilities
Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools and ideally have worked with Blueprints/Plans
Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities and actively participate in sales meetings
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of three (2) years outside sales experience calling on general contractors, distribution and industrial markets
Must have a strong aptitude for technical applications and/or mechanical systems
Must possess a Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints, coupled with prior Estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus; however, not required if capable of learning the process of working with technical applications

AR & Collections:

Estimating Proficiency:
Accurate sketching of affected areas and use of Matterport technology.
Time and Material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge (need to be able to explain the T&M bill file & justify Xactimate line items)
Ability to estimate a project to fit all target margins per the service provided
Customer Satisfaction:
Consistent weekly communication with all stakeholders (external and internal)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth
Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required
Strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
EDUCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience preferred.
3+ years of project management experience preferred.
IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration
Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and internal and external contacts throughout the project management process.

The Repair Technician is responsible for performing advanced techniques in various areas of construction trades responding to emergency and non-emergency service jobs. The EPD is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals. Additionally, the EPD is expected to develop their own book of business through end users and referral sources, securing new projects through networking activities.
What you will do:
* Work with a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, estimates, budgets, and work plans.
* Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
* Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

What you will bring:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management, with a focus on large loss disaster restoration.
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
* Advanced Xactimate Certification (Level 3) preferred.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with insurance restoration repairs and managing subcontractors.
* Strong networking and business development skills, with the ability to develop a book of business.
