When President and CEO Art Zeile stepped into the office on his first day, he immediately asked what the company's values were. The chief human resources officer said they had been created by a previous leader. But she couldn't tell him off the top of her head what they were. This was very telling to Zeile who requested the values be redone. Zeile sat down with a team that was representative of the company as a whole.
